Hey, my name is Kate Yoder. I am so excited to be a real estate broker with EXIT Real Estate Professionals in Spokane specializing in assisting Buyers and Sellers in Washington and Idaho, especially those counties of Pend Oreille, Stevens, Spokane, Bonner, Kootenai, and surrounding Counties.

I was born and raised a Southern girl and moved to the lovely Pacific Northwest in 2015. I was able to get to know a lot of the community through my years of customer service in a locally owned bakery in Diamond Lake. I am married to an incredible man and we enjoy being involved in and serving our community any way we can. We are passionate about helping the local young people and like to keep an open door to those in need. We enjoy disc golf, hiking, being out in nature, escape rooms, and coffee shops, just to name a few!
I am a farm girl at heart and love being outdoors and enjoying the breeze from the back of a horse or motorcycle. Meeting new people and spending time with my friends and local church group are favorites of mine. At the end of a long day you can find me hidden away reading a good mystery or baking something healthy and delicious to eat.
